Today I will keep my thoughts positive. I will stay upbeat and cheerful inside.
If my thoughts wander to the negative, I will notice this, and gently bring them back to positive.
I will think only good things. I will silently wish the people I see well.
I will stay in the present. I will not dwell on the past, or worry about the future.
I will not speak ill of anyone today. If people want to gossip, I will stay out of it.
I will keep my breathing slow and steady. I will relax into my breathing and let it comfort me.
I will remember that I can handle anything that comes my way. I will remember that I have God to protect and care for me along the way.
I will remember that I am His precious child. He wants me to always be safe and happy.
I will think about others who may be struggling with anxiety today and send them prayers and good thoughts.
I will be pleasant and courteous to everyone I meet today.
I will honor myself by making sure I eat right today.
I am a powerful competent woman.
I will remember that every good thing I do will come back to me. I will put send goodwill to those around me.
I will not let labels or diagnoses define me. I will define who I am and how I live my life.
I am grateful for this day and all that it holds in store for me.
