Anxiety Relaxation Meditation Video

I found this nice anxiety relaxation meditation video on YouTube. It’s called Healing Meditation to Release Your Fears by Liolu Mace. This is a short, guided meditation with the relaxing sound of ocean waves in the background…

You are encouraged to breathe in healing and let go of all tension, fears, or anything. You relax and breathe yourself into a nurtured and safe state.

Breathe in light and love and exhale your old pain, anger, forgiveness, guilt fear. Let them all go.

Release fears connected to your family, finances, work, or any situation that is bothering you. Breathe in love and infinite energy.

The universe offers an abundance of healing energy and this is available to you in your recovery from fear and anxiety. Tap into this healing power often!

The video is less than 8 minutes. Give yourself a nice 8 minute refreshing break in the middle of your day. It’s also a great way to start your day on the right foot 🙂

    I tried this video, and it was really helpful! Thank you so much for finding it. I bookmarked it on my laptop, and I’m going to use it when I go back to school (I’m a teacher). It will be another tool for me to use in my office when I’m done teaching. I know that it will come in handy on especially stressful days. Again, thank you so much for posting this video.
