“Courage is not the lack of fear but the ability to face it.”
~ Lt. John B. Putnam Jr.
As this year comes to a close, I wanted to take the opportunity to say THANK YOU for all of your comments and your encouragement over the last 2 years. Not to mention sharing your personal struggles & success stories with overcoming anxiety and panic attacks, and you relating with me along the way!
Starting this blog back at the end of December 2009 has helped me stay on track with my anxiety recovery and hold myself accountable for when I have setbacks. It’s inspired me to continue to go out in the world and try new anxiety self help tools and continue adding to my “toolbox”. I’ve been blessed to meet some really wonderful people. And it’s been FUN.
Thank you for being a part of that. I am so looking forward to the year ahead, and seeing how my world continues to open up- and yours too! I intend to continue on my path and work on my anxiety and improving self esteem and work towards being in the best emotional shape of my life.
Here’s to an awesome New Year together… with lots of great new experiences, anxiety self help tips, sharing of goals and struggles, determination, hope, and making great strides together! *cheers*
Happy New Year!
I wish you peace,
Jill G.

Happy new year to you too
I’m sure with the help and support of each other we all can move forward to an anxiety free life full of hope and dreams
May all of yours and those you touch come true in the new year
Onward , upward and forward is my aim and when I fall backwards which I do I will pick myself up dust myself down and keep on going never giving up because that is not an option as your blogs so eloquently remind me
Thank you Maz xxxx
Thanks to YOU also. You probably have no idea what a blessing you have been in my life! Sappy, but true
