You can use free anxiety disorder forums to reach out to others and feel connected. There are is a lot of strength and hope in these online rooms, but you do need to do a bit of searching around to find a forum that’s right for you.
I have also started a Facebook page to connect and share anxiety self help strategies, coping suggestions, and support. Please join me on Self Help for Anxiety & Panic, all are welcome.
I try to focus on my anxiety recovery and stay far away from naysayers or people who seem to be very negative. (Dealing with anxiety is hard enough, I don’t want to interact with people that bring me down.)
All in all, anxiety disorder forums are a wonderful support for me, especially as I know very few people in my everyday life who go through what I do.
Do you use any of the above forums for support? Can you recommend a forum you use for coping with anxiety attacks, social anxiety, and the like? If so please share so we can all benefit.
I wish you peace,
I just wanted to mention again that my favorite is the Panic Away support forum – with help from qualified therapists and support staff right at your fingertips. Click on the link to get started because yes, there is life after panic attacks.
