The Panic Away program is Barry McDonagh’s best selling online training program for how to stop Panic Attacks and recover from Anxiety. The sales letter states that you will get full recovery from panic and GAD fast.
The good news is that this course promises a much different approach than the traditional methods of coping with anxiety and panic attacks. Which are not easy by the way. My personal experience has included feeling completely defeated (and broke) from traditional therapy and completely dependent (and helpless) on prescription medication.
That being the case, and with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) programs being such a widely recommended method of treating GAD and panic disorder (Panic Away is based on CBT), it’s worth looking at a new and better way to effectively manage panic attacks and get long term, permanent relief from the anxiety thoughts and disturbing feelings that go hand and hand with panic.
I have walked through every inch of the 274 page book and all video presentations as well as the upgraded package (which includes a 49 chapter introductory CD Rom, a 3 CD audio training program, and a 143 page book) and will now give you my personal Panic Away review…
The Panic Away Program Format
Panic Away is delivered immediately after purchase via email. I was given a link to a page with all the links for downloading. I have to admit, I was very happy there was an upgrade option to get all the material in hard copy. It saved me from having to print everything out and assemble the pages into a 3 ring binder. I was still able to use the downloads until my package arrived in the mail, so in truth you can get started immediately.
You certainly don’t need to purchase the upgraded package like I did. The downloads are all you need. This was just my personal preference. I do like very much that the hard copy of the book is nice and small, making it very easy to carry around in my purse for quick reference 😉
It’s worth it to take the course step-by-step, start by viewing the video presentations in order, and read the book in its entirety. This keeps you moving in the right direction, doing the 3 Stages in the right order to get you exactly where you want to be.

Panic Away Review: The Program Stages
Panic Away is divided into 3 Stages. They contain the necessary information and training to keep you moving in the right direction (in the right order) so that you can get tangible and very quick relief from panic attacks as well as long term relief from general anxiety GAD. After all the goal of this course is complete recovery, not just a coping technique.
Stage One is application of the 21-7 Technique to stop panic attacks, and the main reason I initially purchased this course.
