I have come to believe that  recovery from panic attacks, GAD, social anxiety disorder and the like is a personal choice.  It takes courage and determination because in order to recover, we have to face our fears.

In this spirit of determination, and also because I am in the trenches with you (choosing life-affirming, wonderful anxiety recovery instead of living in hopelessness and despair), I’ve compiled an assortment of famous quotes on fear.

    These are some really cool quotes, thanks for the post! I haven’t heard many on fear, I especially like the ones from Marcus Aurelius. Never knew he was such a profound guy….Very inspirational!

    Thanks for these great quotes. They are very helpful. In addition, do you know anything regarding clinical hypnosis for anxiety and depression. I’ve found therapy isn’t doing much to help me. Please advise

      Not sure what you’re asking advice about since you are linking to a clinical hypnosis site. Try a different therapist?

      I have used self hypnosis for panic attacks with a lot of success. I actually have a lot of training as a hypnotist, I used to be in the National Guild, so I know for sure it’s good stuff.
