Social Dynamix Review

Social DynamixI recently had the chance to review Social-Dynamix– a new online course for shyness and social anxiety and I’m really excited about it.

Social-Dynamix is a program that works over approximately 21 days. It takes approximately that long ( three weeks) of practicing to get this new skill set going and integrated into your life. This program was created by a lovely young man, Anthony St. Augustine.

Social-Dynamix is divided into 3 Course Modules, and you are encouraged to go through the course materials slowly and in order.

The first part of this course is called Mind Jack, and it is something like positive brainwashing.

The premise is that we have limiting beliefs and are resistant to change. When we are shy or have social anxiety, these limiting beliefs are really powerful! They tell us that we can’t ever not be shy or not suffer from social anxiety. Some people become crippled by their limiting beliefs and never even try to change.

We need to realize that if we don’t like our current situation, we have the ability to change it. That includes shyness and social anxiety. By implementing this course, you are taking charge of your life. You want to change and that is wonderful ๐Ÿ™‚

Remember, you are not your past. No matter how shy you are or how bad you think your past was, it’s in the past. Leave it there. You are who you decide to be now. Decide to be outgoing, and with small steps, this will certainly happen.

Mind Jack will give a lot of great motivation to change yourself and improve. You will set your goals for change at this point, and learn how to use visualizations and affirmations for the 3 weeks that you’ll need to see permanent change.Social Dynamix website

Module 1 is something you’ll want to go back to and review, especially if you need a boost of encouragement as you proceed with Modules 2 and 3.

The second part of the course (Module 2) is called the Shyness & Social Anxiety Annihilator.

You are encouraged to take notes in this module. By taking notes on paper, you’ll discover a lot of information about the thoughts you have about your shyness and social anxiety. So stop the recordings as you need to, and take notes along the way. *Don’t skip over this. *

When you rate your social fears from most anxious to least anxious and start working on them, you’ll be able to note your progress right away. ๐Ÿ™‚

With a written exercise, you will learn HOW to get out of your negative habitual thought patterns. You will have to step outside your comfort zone in order in order to conquer your shyness and anxiety, but you’re not expected to do anything that scares you too much.

You start small, and build on those victories. By starting small, you are better able to control your thoughts and not let them get irrational. Then it makes it easier to move onto the next task.

In order to really succeed with this course, you take it a little at at time. Work on one small social thing at a time. If shy and unsocial is what you’re used to, “New and different” can be overwhelming. So take it slowly, build on your successes, don’t fret too much if you have a setback, and just keep going.

You will learn:

  • How to talk yourself down when you feel anxious or shy.
  • How to recognize and control your negative thoughts. These thoughts are the basis for all the shyness you have.
  • How to recognize and appreciate your positive attributes and your growth process.
  • How to use rational thinking to calm your fears
  • How to become enthusiastic about getting over your shyness and social anxiety.
  • How to get through setbacks.
  • How to set realistic goals to empower yourself

Module 3 is called Social ReBoot, and here you will learn how to really master social interaction. You will learn the tricks that politicians and dating experts use to earn trust, establish rapport, and connect well with others.

It is loaded with lots of really cool tips on how to be more social with others and how to take that to the next level–how to establish connections and even make friends. You will learn;

  • The proper mindset to be social and friendly
  • How to use proper body language
  • How to make others more receptive to you, especially people you like or want to like you ๐Ÿ˜‰
  • How to enjoy and the skills to become really good at conversation
  • What the heck to talk about ๐Ÿ™‚
  • Proper speed of speech
  • And much, much more.

These skills can really take you far, in life, in the workplace, everywhere you go!

One thing I like about this program is that the author gives you lots of motivation to get moving with your program. He tells you where to focus your energy- on your program and solutions – and discourages you from wasting your time focusing on problems.

Who is this course for?

I think Social-Dynamix could really help with young people, say teens and twenties, who suffer from painful shyness and need a boost in self confidence.

Why? Because the author is young himself and uses examples like school and sports and dating, things that I think would resonate well with young people. His positivity and enthusiasm are really refreshing. He reminds me of a young Tony Robbins.

If you’re main problem is shyness or moderate social anxiety, this program has lot of great ideasย  to help you be more outgoing and make yourself feel better in the process. It is sound advice, and it works.

Learn from a really smart young man how to get over severe shyness and be more outgoing and happy with Social-Dynamix.

Who is this course NOT for?

If you are suffering from severe crippling social anxiety with panic attacks, this probably isn’t the best place to start (for this I recommend Social Anxiety Secrets). If however, your main problem is shyness or moderate social anxiety, and you want to learn creative ways to handle social situations, this program is jam packed with useful information and practical ideas for ways to interact socially with others.

I really enjoyed studying and using Social Dynamix. The author is smart and very likable and everything he teaches is doable. It hasn’t yet been a full 3 weeks for me, but I can say I do feel moreย  confident about my social interactions since applying the practical and helpful advice this course taught me.

You also get a ton of free bonuses (over $500 worth) with your purchase today.

I wish you peace,

ps.- Overcoming social anxiety, for me, is more than just learning not to have panic attacks. I never liked being labeled shy. With Social-Dynamix, I am working on having a more friendly and outgoing personality. I am learning to be the best Jill I can be. I wish the same for you. ๐Ÿ™‚

So again, I am still experiencing horrific migraines that last 24 hours a day – I am wondering if this is from Klonopin withdrawal. My doctor said I cannot still be drug withdrawal. Thoughts? Jill, what did you do for the headaches?

    • JillG says:

I don’t know Kelly, you had the low blood pressure thing so maybe that’s related? It could be stress too, I am no expert. For migraines, I drink coffee, take Excedrin migraine, and lay in a dark room.
